Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Order Processing Time

● Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment is successfully received.

● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Methods

● Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

● Available shipping options (Standard or Express) are displayed at checkout, where applicable.

Shipping Costs (Weight-Based)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are clearly displayed

at checkout before payment is completed.

1kg – 2.99kg-----$19.30

● All shipping prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

● No additional shipping charges are applied after checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin after order processing is completed and vary by location and shipping method.

Standard Shipping

● NSW / VIC / QLD (Metro): 2–5 business days

● SA / WA / TAS / NT: 5–10 business days

● Regional / Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

● NSW / VIC / QLD (Metro): 1–3 business days

● SA / WA / TAS / NT: 3–5 business days

● Regional / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

● Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

● Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information entered at checkout is accurate.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

1. Please review the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

2. If the tracking status is unclear or shows the order as delivered but not received, contact us at info@pacificbrewsandbeans.com.au.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
