Pacific Brews & Beans

At Pacific Brews & Beans, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request a return, and how refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

● The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

● Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products, including opened bags of coffee beans, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@pacificbrewsandbeans.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return

3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pacific Brews & Beans will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

● You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund

● Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

● Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
